Most have plastic tires at this price. For $40, you can head down to Tractor Supply and pickup a couple real pneumatic tires. Might need an axle too.

This thing is garbage. Broke second time I used it at the gearbox, which is tiny and only barely snapped together to begin with.

yeah, from what I can tell in the picture, the spreader is motorized by the wheel, the wheel is motorized by your hand , you need to push. aka "hand motorized".

I don't disagree that pneumatic tires would be better, but for $25? Beats any other unit for home use. I had this for about 15 years and it was fine. The cable for the fertilizer release ended up...

Ok so I hate this brand. I’m a pro in the pest control field for 15+ years and my local supplier loves this brand but trust me this brand breaks or goes bad within a few weeks of use every time!...

Plastic wheels are terrible. Probably better than a Scotts spreader though. At least it won't leave fertilizer lines.

I bought this last weekend after my Scott's spreader broke in half just as I'd finished applying fertilizer, lime, and having the lawn aeration done. I was so exhausted but had to get my seed out....

I got this spreader in the spring when it was on "sale" for $50 and I'm happy with it. Used it a few times and I've had no issues with stripes like many people were complaining about with the cheaper...

I’m on the same page. Honestly i think the only product to not have the fertilizer striping is the drop spreader, but who has time. Need to figure out a way to apply right behind the mower while...

This seems to have the same issue as the scotts edgeguard mini, with the hollow plastic wheels. If there is any moisture, a ton of the product you are spreading ends up in the hollow wheel and sticks...
