It's not really the same. $29 is wireless only whereas this has HDMI ARC, 3.5mm audio jack, and also digital optical along with Bluetooth. Also peak output is 70W with the subwoofer.

People expect 30W soundbar to be extra loud. It's not. But $29 soundbar without subwoofer is not a bad deal.
