The problem with the rotating basket is that it is smaller than the regular basket in a basket style cooker. It kinda defeats the purpose of buying a large cooker like this.

That's a bad design for the top shelf to be that close. I guess you would have to not use the top shelf with this model. Seems like the rotating basket is a nice feature though.

Walmart's Gourmia 8qt. It HUGE and has a removable nonstick bottom plate. It's easier to clean than the wire basket style.
