It's not so much how fast your ISP is, it's more to do with how many devices you have on your network and how those devices are going to talk to one another. Dual band for mesh means a channel...

Don't do it. Purchased RBK50 in 2019, randomly bricked in 2021. Only recourse is to pay for their extended support. Replaced with Asus wifi 6 mesh and I would never look back.

Dual band so it's better than using an ISP provided modern/router combo. No Ethernet so wired backhaul is not an option and relying on the dual band isn't great.
