Not exactly. Last years model of this TV (the H9G) had an issue with Red ghosting on every set and Hisense never fixed it. The U8G doesn't seem to have that particular issue, but their long term...

This article was dated March 2019....almost 3 years ago. There's been plenty of time for Hisense to improve their product if they did have any issues.

if one uses Amazon Prime Card to get extra 10% Visa also extends your warranty for one more year from end of Hisense warranty, food for thought at least
