I think when games say, “Full controller support” they’re speaking generally. Like, “every button will work on any controller,” rather than specifically, “Full Support for Dual Sense features.” ...

That's what they call CRACKED, not hacked. Hacking is a completely different thing. Never call a software that has had its DRM defeated as a "hacked" software, rather call it being cracked.
