Nope. That offer is always available to me every month on one card or another, same with my mom's cards. The ATT offer has only appeared on both of our cards once.

I had similar issue. AT&T flagship corporate store. Transaction changed to Decatur Retail??. Offer never got redeemed. Not holding any hope, returning the accessories soon.

My last order they changed the merchant ID from AT&T(when it was Pending) to Pine Bluff Retail. Transaction didn't qualify. Items going back to store. And yes, this was at a physical corporate store....
