I eat half of one preworkout; gives me good energy in the gym. I am not sure I would eat one of these on an off day, due to the high sugar content.

This is meant for those who workout. I love these bars but have it maybe 1-2X a month. Not ideal to have it every day. It is perfect when I travel , have it after I am done with the hotel gym

These are awesome for meal replacement or when I need a big snack on a high-caloric-need day. No artificial sweeteners, and decent balance of macros. I love these for the office and while traveling.

Calories on these are 390. Snickers bar is 280. King size snickers used to be 430, that’s why they’ve switched to the regular size. It’s true that it’s hardly a diet bar. Good for full on...

Doesn't losing weight have more to do with calories in/out than ingredients?

If anyone is considering these to supplement workouts/exercise, they're a bad choice. They would be a good snack for active individuals, but people trying to loose weight or use these for their...

Agreed. Probably the best tasting protein bars I’ve ever had, but largely due to the high sugar content!
