As far as I know this is a nationwide Costco deal that is available in ALL regions, but it ends on Dec. 10th. It should show up at the register if the sign does not indicate the $10 off.

Because Energizer indicates that the batteries "lasts up to 12 monthst in storage" and the "batteries come pre-charged." I do think these are LSD NiMH batteries.
