I'm looking at this monitor right now. It's decent although 4K has taken some getting used to coming from a 27" 2K screen.. Just make sure your desk is deep enough so your eyeballs are far enough...

Pulled the trigger on it. Makes sense for work stuff- spreadsheets, etc. Refresh rate doesn’t matter. The 4K resolution makes a huge difference for text clarity.
