I never could find the option to disable HDR on my 4K Firestick. Let me know if you find it.
Disabling it on the TV itself in the settings also works, mostly.

Prob a Sony oled would have the best of the current motion processing. Plus it has excellent viewing angles for sports gatherings and very good OOTB accuracy if you don't intend to calibrate it.
