Contact Raise and ask them for refund. If they do not, hopefully you purchased with a credit card and can do a charge back. I think their customer service is so-so, not the best, but not the worst.

I believe individual gift card sellers on Raise set the discount on GC they want to sell. That's why you see 0% discount, 5% discount, etc. However, maybe Raise still do what you said to adjust...

That's awful. I hate thieves. In my case, Walmart did nothing to the package being delivered to the scammer as far as I know. There was a shipping tracking number and address and I called Walmart...
