End up getting the MSI. I saw that there was a 750 15inch LG gram that I missed 2 weeks ago. I feel like MSI gaming + 15inch LG will fit the bill. One for gaming, one for travelling.

You can request a price adjustment from them. If you bought it online, it's super easy. They have a dedicated link where you supply the order info and they'll process the credit.
