It worked for me, thanks! I said I had just enrolled to use Chase Rewards points and would get a $15 max discount, I was about to use it and it disappeared. They gave me $15 courtesy credit

What did you say to them? All 3 reps I spoke with said they cannot apply any promotions or provide any credits after an order is already placed.

I also activated it but didn't order until a few days later. Discount didn't show up so I contacted Amazon and they gave me a $15 promo. Worth a try if you are in the same situation.

Looks to be dead. Like others, the discount was showing up yesterday but it’s no longer there. Looks like the 12/31 deadline was misleading. They must have reached the maximum redemptions.
