My main concern is the lack of accessibility on buying new batteries/filters etc. There aren't any aftermarket accessories on Amazon.

Short battery life is typical on every one of these stick vacs. Its not a primary vac, its for smaller jobs or spot cleaning.

I think the Amazon deal a couple of days ago was non returnable unless the unit came in faulty. So this might be a better deal for people looking to buy.

Agree with you 100%. Bought mine pre-release too. Liking it so far. Have Dyson V10 too. Like both models. Use Wyze for light/maintenance cleaning and Dyson for deeper cleaning.

I'm trying it. Plan is to use it as a secondary vacuum, not primary. That is, for messes like spilled cereal or spot vacuuming clumps of dog hair, not trying to vacuum the entire floor.

Helpful info. Definitely sounds frustrating but to me those sound about what I'd expect from such a cheap vacuum. Probably better in the long run to go with something nicer of course.

Just keep expectations nominal. I got the vac on pre-release order, its good on hard floor/laminate and small messes. Easy to empty and clean. I use it for "maintenance cleaning" not deep cleaning.
