Some of the lower e no d Ridgid Vacs they make for black Friday are intentionally stripped down. Small hose, no bag capability.

Yes, it does. At least the Vacmaster version does, and it looks identical. The downside is that it's not all that sturdy for aggressive cleaning.

Just FYI, not sure if these are made by TTI though. I am kinda thinking it is manufactured by Cleva North America, i.e. the base company that manufactures the Vacmaster 3 in 1 vacuum + extractor.

Those are both just regular shop vacs. This item is also an upholstery cleaner. It sprays a cleaning solution and then sucks it up. It can also double as a shop vac.
