Must be around 90MH/s as this is a laptop gpu, it should be lesser than the desktop version.

Not a big fan of Aorus really. But this is the biggest killer to me. I wouldn't pay more for a 3080 without getting the one with 16GB.

With the price of GPUs being as high as they are, why not get this and use a docking station? You get a brand new set up.

I bought a legion 5i pro, 32gb ram, rtx3070, 2tb. Should I have buyers remorse? Not any comparisons to this I can find.

Nice , I traded this in for an Amazon deal from eluktronics, “mag 15 g3 with ryzen 5900 and 3080 max Tdp of 165w” with qhd for 200 dollars more.

You're correct, it's not a good comparison. The XVII, even with a 3070, is significantly better for less. No comparison.
As I stated, the gigabyte is a great laptop. Very solid. One can't go wrong...

A Prometheus 3080 with 1tb drive 32gb ram is 2800. Also. It's a 17" where this is a 15.6.
I'm glad you like your laptop, but they do not compare well in this thread.

It's not. The XVII with a 3070 has a mux switch. The gigabyte does not.
Performance wise the Prometheus 3070 will out perform this laptop in almost every sense with a significantly nicer screen. I...
