A friend had the same luck as you, got all 64 bars for around $4.50! That's probably enough soap for almost a year! It looks like this may depend on the various Amazon warehouses.

They ship 2 packs of 8 bars each or 16 bars. Ordered 2 of the 32 bar packs or 64 bars and got the 16 bars only! Time to call Amazon CS but the AWS systems had a crash today, so can not contact CS.
