7 wonders editions are different. You can’t combine them.
It it a good fast game for 4-7. For 2-3 players it is not decent, but old edition has trick to play as dummy player but new version finally...

Same rules, just all the cards and wonders were slightly tweaked, and a couple replaced, to make the game more balanced. Definitely an improvement over the 1st edition.
