Since the Yeti is a compressor mic and they are sensitive then being 2 feet away (not ideal) for voice commands should be fine. Perhaps a Samson mic, a bit more affordable, would have been good...

Have you tried reducing OBS Gain mic? And approximate to the mic at least 4-6 inches. Also, Noise Canceling can be added as a filter in OBS.
