There is a reason why equipment usage is not measured in years in existence, but rather hours in use… Also, larger drills have bigger motors and bigger brushes that take longer to wear down.

I cant say for a fact it is not a fast charger but if you shop for hart tools you will find that hart will advertise the fact that it comes with a 2.0 amp fast charger This ad does not include that...
