yes, still working. shown a 2/15 expiration today. usually 2 week expiration from the time you print it if the offer is still good.

I've gone to great clips in the past whenever they have coupons. Honestly the work is passable. Never had a major issue. Not to mention it's just hair. Even if the cut was bad it's highly unlikely...
