I replaced the $99 cuisinart grinder for this and it’s really a convenience related price.
The burrs is behind the dial. So it’s easy to pop off to clean up. The magnetic Cup is easier to pull...

That would be a Weber EG-1 grinder (former Apple designer) which sells for $3,749 if it was ever in stock. The Fellow Ode is just a toe in the pool of coffee insanity.
