Never again with Samsung appliances. Cracked drum in my washer after 3 years, then dryer failed shortly after. Their phones are good, stick to those.

Bought a similar model 2 years ago, has hairline cracks inside the drum. Repair tech said it was likely due to switching between dry heat & the steam function.
