I found out why my whole order was cancelled, it is because the item I wanted was not immediately available for pickup so it is actually a "ship to store" even it shows "Pick up", and this means at...

How do you calculate the amount for the free tool if you hack? I want to get the multi-tool.

Great choice. I don't consider it as overspending as the quality of the tools will be cheaper in the long run. Longer warranty than most other tools (5 years vs the typical 3 or 2 years for the...

This is top-of-the-line pro contractor level stuff. You don't need to spend this much for what you're doing and you absolutely don't need brushless. For installing blinds and putting together...

Is this a good starter tool set for a new home owner to use as tools around the house? I am looking to install my blinds and furniture. Edit: Was told to get a brushless, but not sure the...

One has to ship to home and the other pick-up or ship to store. Can't have both going to the same place for the convenience of cancellation. However, you can still return the item you don't want in...

Just call in and ask to cancel the ratchet tool order. HD reps seem pretty chill about it.

I, too, when I try to cancel the ratchet, the full order is canceled! The hack doesn't seem to work anymore.
