Around me, the big city library and local county library do. It's the STEM part of their offerings. Eventually, I believe all public libraries will offer it like DVD rental. Yeah the machines...

Won't ratchet ties do the same? (and also be used to strap mattresses to the top of vehicles?) Could just make those corners with a 3D printer at the local library.

I used one for a couple of paper trays I made just a couple weeks ago, FWIW. Certainly could have used right angle clamps. But these strap clamps also work great, and work well really for any kind...

You know, these are a really niche item. I don't know any woodworkers that use band clamps like this unless they're making something like an 8+ sided box. If it's 4 sides, like what this...
