I haven't run any benchmarks but for some reason the GPU maxes out at 115w despite the BIOS update which is supposed to add 15w for 130w total. I'm running in performance modes etc and it still maxes...

I believe when you open the laptop lid, it boots. When you hit the power button, you're turning it off instead on.
