Earmuffs more sturdy than some other big headphones, good base, best on normal mode, and good grip, although all over ear will be harder to keep on than on ear, which do heat up fast

They're great in house headphones but I don't recommend them as on-the-go or workout headphones. The headband tends to break easily after some time of standard use.

Q30s are excellent have don't have any wear and tear issues so far, unlike my Q20s they replaced. Great headphones.
