I got this during the costco deal. The connection drops switching between phone and laptop a lot. My 20 bucks headphones from amazon never had this issue till date. Rest is all good.

I have both the QC35 2 and the 700. In terms of sound quality, negligible difference. Noise cancelation I prefer the QC35. I also prefer that it uses replaceable batteries, as recharging is a pain...

No I only use the Bose with my computer, I use airpods pro for my phone. I cannot comment on how effective it is in switching.

I've tried the qc25, qc35, sony mx4, apple airpods pro. The call quality and noise cancelation ability of the 700s is unmatched.
