If I am not mistaken, HE is 3050Ti version and HC is 3050. 3050Ti was $750 and 3050 $670

I have two of this. One is in perfect working condition, love big screen, really fast and comfortable, hooked to two external monitors via HDMI & usb-c, 32gb ram and 2tb secondary drive installed....

Not bad at all but really Asus...only 8GB for memory. Every new computer should have at least 16GB.
