This is 32x8 channels with a theoretical 1gigabit+ speed, recommended by Comcast for I think upto 800mbps. I'd say this this still a good deal despite being DOCSIS 3.0. I mean, is there anywhere else...

Your Conscience says Don't Be a Sucker. As stated back in Jan 2021, $25 is SD price on DOCSIS 3.0 modem and $50 is SD price on DOCSIS 3.1
