Also, for those wondering who the OEM for this is, it's Gospower. All the V2 Gold power supplies from Cooler Master are manufactured by Gospower. Gospower also manufactures Cooler Master's SFX...

Bought 1. Thanks for posting OP. This is for my "daily driver" PC to replacing the aging 750 Bronze that's in it right now. Seeing a little bit of the back and forth in here, my opinion is that I...

Probably want to find out who the OEM is for this PSU before you pull the trigger. Cooler Master has a tendency to use sketchy OEMs to save a nickel. $20 or even $50 saved isn't worth it when you...

I had this. Died on me after a year. No advance replacement for RMA so that process was lengthy and painful. Ended up buying a Corsair rm850x. Much better unit and support. I would avoid this one.

I had a Cooler Master Masterwatt and it would make random clunking sounds. Customer support said that was normal. Returned it and got an EVGA GT.

Wonder who OEM is behind this PSU. Cooler Master historically has been all over the place when it comes to OEM manufacturer, from some models manufactured by top-tier manufacturer (i.e. Seasonic) to...

I would advise against it. It's not exactly a top-tier PSU. If you can afford a 3090, you can afford a Tier-A PSU.

I have the 750W version of this. It's a decent power supply. I run a 3700X and RTX 2080 Super. The built quality of the PSU could be better, especially the connectors. If anyone is curious, the...

This IS B-tier. https://cultists.network/140/psu-tier-list/ Either way, this is a mediocre PSU and should not be front page for being $80.

I would vote the Corsair. 750W covers most average builds, and Corsair has a reputation for excellent power supplies. I have this exact model in white. It performs flawlessly. 10 year warranty is...

Well, this 850W with 5 years warranty Vs 750W with 10 years warranty? I choose 750W with 10 years warranty since my systems peak won’t need more than 500W

Doesn't matter. You don't buy a B-tier PSU to power a 3090.
