I'd say so. It does very well. That said, the basket does develop a patina. If you're not ok with that I'd avoid this lol.

Won't do a pizza over 12" and even that's a push. Pizza stone that fits it is just 11". That's the sole reason why I don't go for this model. And the knob for setting the time just isn't adequate...

Got this model a year ago. Potato wedges and asparagus are fast and easy. Bacon is messy. I line the tray with foil to keep it clean. Nice unit.
