waiting for someone's answer this is confusing me too. Paleo from what I know is all whole foods and processed almond flour with leavening agents sounds counter that.

neither for me. the carbs are way too much. 16g carbs for 2 tiny pancakes just not worth it. not risking getting kicked out of keto. sticking to cooked meat and greens.

I'm so confused. How the hell can a PANCAKE be paleo? Isn't the purpose of paleo diet basically the caveman diet? Ie can only eat what is not processed at all?
