AFAIK the return window is longer than 90, they initially said it wouldn’t be returnable but they called me back right away and said they were mistaken. The model I got was this model

Yeah it sounded good when it worked. Thought I got lucky too but didn’t. Vizio CS is awful too best they would offer was a used refurb for a replacement so I gave up and returned to Costco

Did they finally invent a sound bar worth having? I doubt it. Get a real receiver and speakers and get used to the form factor. it's the only way.

need to load it onto usb key on a pc and then plug into the bar....goto their website for all instuctions...after i updated it, all the bugs went away with my sony oled
