Yeah probably. Someone probably had them in a cart and just rolled them out the store hidden among their other groceries or something lol Would not be surprised.

Guarantee it says 6+ because they were stolen. Pokemon cards are always opened up and stolen at the 4 closest Walmarts to me

I was in my local Wal-Mart where they had these tins on clearance for $4 each. There was 30 or so of them with it being "Dark Sylveon" and "Lance's Charizard". https://www.walmart.com/ip/287851161
