The design of the wireless charger is not bad, the only shortcoming is that it cannot charge the watch alone, and it needs to be loaded into the Apple Watch cable by itself.

I assume it’s cuz the cable plus into the base. And usb c to usb a adapters are cheap. I am using one with the usb c watch cable I got two years ago. 😅
