Same here. Subscription ended last Wed-3rd but still worked until this past Sunday the 7th. In the end, got over $200 worth of free drinks during the 3 month trial.

Weird. My subscription ended yesterday, but I still got the free beverage reward today.

Worked for me. My first payment wasn't due until 7/26. Went online and cancelled and immediately got the $3.33/month offer.

YMMV - canceling subscription gave 3-months for $3.33 each to continue.

Yeah, it appears that they do renewals monthly and they gave free subscription renewals through July 4 for those enrolled. So the actual expiration date may be up to a month later. Basically, it...

still working today so not sure why the offer said thru 7/4 either. Poorly worded promo

Yep … a pretty basic canned response that doesn't really address the issue of why it was changed in the app at all. Those replies are usually from a generic customer service rep who is basically just...

This is the official response I got from [email protected] "We believe it's important to be environmentally friendly whenever possible. The decision to bring your own reusable mug...

Yeah, but you’ve seen those kind of posts here on Slickdeals and know there are some people doing it. Like people in a coffee pool at the office deciding to use a 100 oz monster mug and fill up the...

Kinda makes sense, but it's hard to imagine there is a significant population of people filling 50+ oz mugs with coffee. FWIW, I asked the front counter at my local store about the travel mugs....

I pay for 2 and take 2. No one's said a word yet. I do actually spend some times since my daughter loves the soup and I have eaten there twice whereas before this I never have. I figure as much pop...

I suspect some stores probably had people doing that with monster mugs for their coffee. It’s probably not a big deal for soda since they use huge tanks that are constantly flowing. With the brewed...

I guess if any of them say anything I'll cancel it. I have always been bringing in my mug. In fact one manager said it didn't matter how big the mug was so I have a 100oz 7-11 mug that I use for pop....

Yeah, that just changed this week. They've also removed the cups from the self-service ordering kiosk at my local store. This morning, I asked the guy at the pickup window if it was still ok to...

Anyone notice they no longer have the travel mug refill option?

No, I usually get coffee anyway, so may give it a try. I thought you needed a special Panera mug for that, but just looked at some discussions of it and sounds like that’s not required.

Hmmm, have you ever tried the Travel Mug Refill option in the app? Takes me just 30 seconds to order that when I get in my car. Then at the store I just walk in, fill my mug, and go. I think it's...

Nope … I haven’t even seen a Panera with a self-serve kiosk yet, despite most other fast food restaurants around here getting them. Must depend on the area. Makes sense they’d start with Silicon...

Strange. I've been to maybe 8 or 9 stores here in California. They have all had the cups sitting by the ordering kiosk. The kiosk even explicitly tells you to just grab a cup. Do some stores not...
