This isn't a thing. The Ajax was for the cabinets and grill fronts. It wasn't for the cook top. Hot water and a scraper was all you needed. They used a citrus cleaner at the end of the day.

Worth repeating that the Blackstone is cold rolled steel. There are other griddles like the Blue rhino that I believe are made of stainless

Same here. Once off still hot scrape then a wet paper towel, after wipe with a paper towel with a bit of oil. Been using it camping every 3 weeks for the past 2 years.
