All probably returned for too much backlight bleed through. It’s a gamble for sure with their sub par return policy and customer service.

I think it’s backwards unfortunately. I imagine these are returns from people who got dead or stuck pixels. It can often be easier to return than warranty.

just remember - return shipping on a monitor is $120 and monoprice does not pay for return shipping. this wiped out my next 10 years of 25% off.

I think it varies. Sharp makes the panel for the IGZO monitor iirc.

I don't think so. But in my experience Monoprice's customer service is terrible. I had to bbb.org them (and Target) to get one of the two honor their warranty. My new monitor stopped turning on...
