In their defense, they aren't exactly advertised as such. They're energy bars for hiking, running, etc...probably why they have so much sugar.

This 10g is barely a protein bar. I eat pure protein bars which is 190cal, 20g protein. These are more calories and far less protein.

It's all about how you use them though. Are you planning on doing a bunch of cardio? Yeah sugars and carbs food sounds great then. If you aren't planning on that, then yeah not exactly healthy.
