I think it's only for the version with ads. I tried to subscribe to ad-free and it said I would be charged after a free trial, nothing about the .99 deal.

I doubt the OS in Shield TV would support it. That is why I never use mine, too limited. I deleted my direct quote from Streamable, they contradicted themselves.

I agree but personally jump on a lot of these cheap video and music streaming deals all the time. I have made it a point to ALWAYS add an entry to my main work calendar (which I live by every day)...
