I got this unit last year but with a 3600x CPU. Would definitely recommend a cooler upgrade as it constantly pegs 90-100 C with the stock cooler. The GPU (3070) cools pretty well and runs pretty cool...

Yes you can... It says mobo only goes up to ddr4 3200 RAM, I'm not sure if you can overclock it more via Ryzen Master to get more.
