Well, it has soy sauce but it is the last ingredient, so maybe low in MSG (which is why there is an * next to "No MSG").

If you want to impress - Cook it on the stove top but add some freshly cooked Onions and Peppers and a can of crushed tomato's. It's a little more work and monitoring - but it's well worth it.
