The price just keeps dropping. I bought it at 399. It really isn't that good. It's uncomfortable, the wire is ridiculously short and stiff, and the sound quality is no better than my old Beyer DT770....

Pretty solid build and sound is good it doesn't have ear piercing treble that beyerdynamics are known for. Comfort is good as well. And good sound Stage slightly lower than sennheisers hd800.
