Hisense U6G series are better for the money. However LG has more cache. This smart OS does seem to be a very ancient version that is extremely clunky

The non-OLED IPS LG TVs are pretty much crap across the board. Some people may not care about contrast, but you're always better off with a VA panel IMO.
