I went ahead and picked up the 77" C1 refurbished. I originally wanted a 65" but my store is out and the 77" is too good of a deal to pass up. Even with the extended warranty it's still $550 cheaper...

Eh, I probably wouldn't buy this. Newer models seem to be much better in terms of brightness and black crush, and at this price I'd get a qn90a or sony a80j, both of which have been on sale a bunch...

To answer my own question above, I called Microcenter and it was $180 for 3 year warranty with screen protection. They had other options but didn't include screen protection.
