memory is not upgradeable, I have this and the screen is ready dim and have light bleeding. For the price, it is OK, But I would really prefer more memory at the least.

I bought this about 2 years ago. Great laptop for the price and features. Right size, 2 in 1 touchscreen, stylus pen and port,screen not too big. Only thing I wish was that the ram was upgradeable....

That's the 11th Gen. It's a random seller that charges a restocking fee of 10-50%. Not sure it's worth the hassle, not to mention there will be no warranty since it's not bought from a certified...

The newer 2021 model with 11th Gen i5 processor, QHD+ 16:10 screen, and 512GB of storage has gone for $499 a few times.
