I honestly hate this set. My old Rigid impact set with 1/5 as many bits and no spares was a more effective set. I don’t want 10 of the same crappy bits that round out. Durability seems suspect to me....

It’s actually easy, there is a right way to take out and put it back, just bend the head and it comes out easily and put it back the same way as well. Hope this helps

Agreed! I keep a tiny flat blade screwdriver in the case and use it as a pry bar to pop the bits out.
