I think most BLUE machines do a pre-infusion, which is normal for higher-end espresso.

yes i did .. the problem is the time it is taking to start the coffee getting dispensed is high i think it is causing over extraction..

I like them. I would say they are less roasted than Rotundo and smoother than Intenso. Intenso was my go-to, but I bought a box of these and they grew on me a lot. They're very smooth and rich.
